Pop Shop a Go Go is a mobile extension of New Jersey’s beloved Pop Shop, designed to translate the restaurant’s bold, comfort-food identity into an on-the-go experience. Drawing from the brand’s playful sense of “active nostalgia,” the initiative reimagines familiar diner classics at an oversized, gourmet scale while maintaining a sense of fun and immediacy. The design balances retro references with contemporary energy, allowing the concept to feel both familiar and present. Built to be flexible, Pop Shop a Go Go accommodates rotating menus and customizable offerings for private events, ensuring the visual system remains adaptable while staying true to the brand’s core personality.

Through this project, I had the opportunity to design the logo, marketing materials, social media content and launch posts, digital menus, sales literature, premium swag, a newly-minted website, and oh right, the FOOD TRUCK–sporting 25 feet of pop shop fun.
